ABOUT US


We are a consultancy business established legally in Denmark in 1995 with the Danish name: "Forvaltningsrevisionen". The business did however after a couple of years primarily find its  customers in the international aide development market, why we did find it more comprehensive for our partners and customers abroad to operate instead with the corresponding name of the business in English: "PFMreview.com". Consequently, also our business website is published only in English.  

Jorn Strand Nielsen is the manager and senior PFM expert of the business, however operating in co-operation with other consultancies and engineering businesses in the international aide development market. 

The qualifications of Jorn Strand Master include:

    Masters of science in the social and political sciences

      Practised PFM in line in Denmark 1979-1995 on senior and manager levels in sub-national governments and parastatals
        Senior Finance & Socio-Economy Expert since 1995, including from 1997 primarily by engagements abroad. 

        We have since 1997 provided our technical assistance in various aide development sectors, in particular in Governance and Infrastructure. 

        We have provided this technical assistance in nummerous developing and least developed countries in more regions, in particular in Asia; Africa; and Oceania.
